Project Timer 1.1.1.0 is a simple application that lets you manage time spent of various tasks of projects. The tool keeps running in the taskbar notification area. You will be able to manage how much time is spent on your projects. Different colors are used for the timers related to each project. This way a quick assessment is possible as to which projects are running. The activities indicated could have different rates associated with each of them. The financial situation of how much money has been earned or a summary for all your running projects will be evident easily. Data to be used for reporting could be exported through the browser. You could import it in Excel. A simple backup of the data can be zipped, mailed and imported to keep your data safe. The Pro version will let you import hours spend by co-workers or freelancers. Additional import/export methods are provided to cater for that flexibility.
There is an administrative panel that makes it simple to edit data, if required. This panel lets you remove, add and edit activities to your projects. The program interface is simple. Project personnel should not find any problem with the way to operate the program. The data display is very clear. Getting an overview of your projects is very simple at any time. Projects are always billed periodically, as defined milestones are completed. You would be able to manage the billing and get a clear view of the financial situation easily. This Windows compatible tool is a very good product.
